Where Ballet meets Bootcamp! A fun, energetic fusion of Ballet Barre exercises, Pilates style exercises, with some squats and lunges thrown in for good measure! This class is lightly choreographed to music with simple combinations that can be done by all. You don’t need previous ballet or Pilates experience to join in this this class. Come and enjoy the combination of body toning, strength, control, flexibility, and grace that you will gain from Barre Belle....and bring your sweat towel!
